What does an end of life coach do?
An end of life coach assists individuals in taking control of their life and death. They empower and assist individuals and their loved ones, so they can face the end of life with dignity and peace. End of life coaches provide education, advanced care planning, support, and empowerment to improve the quality of life.
An end of life coach will partner with an individual and/or family to navigate the challenges at the end of life.
